Position Summary:
Your tasks
- Support of the project management in multi-project planning, project control and execution of appointments
- Support of the product owner in the areas of requirements engineering, test, scope, risk and change management
- Operational and administrative support of project management (PMO)
- Preparation and implementation of strategic decisions in coordination with the project management
- Support in defining the requirement (user stories, system context analysis, ...) and clarifying open questions
- Recognize and show cross-system topics and connections
- Ensuring cooperation and information flow within the project team for timely implementation of the individual work packages
- Documentation of open points and tasks and ensuring timely processing
- Support in the preparation of tender documents
- Independent implementation of the documentation of appointments and workshops
- Support in the implementation of a successful agile way of working
- Identification and solution of problems of the agile approach
Your qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a PMO (Project Management Office)
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a product owner and in multi-project planning
- Experience in the documentation of requirements according to the IREB standard (requirements engineering; at least 2 years)
- Experience in process modeling in BPMN
- Experience in multi-project controlling and relevant reporting tools (e.g. earned value analysis)
- Experience in documenting and presenting project results to stakeholders
- Experience in the implementation, preparation and follow-up of workshops in German and English
- Experience in the preparation of a test concept
- Practice with agile project approaches
- Experience in developing a project setup involving different human resources from different areas (external, internal, department, IT)
- Desirable: experience as Scrum Master, with Jira and Confluence
- Desirable: Experience with MS Dynamics
- Desirable: Agile certification as Product Owner, SaFe or equivalent), Agile certification as Scrum Master, certification as Requirements Engineer, project management certification (PMP or similar)
