Position Summary:
Span of responsibilities
- Acts as a coach during the project for adapting a banking application in different CEE countries
- Responsible for helping to establish a self-organizing team
- Drives the continuous improvement process of the scrum team setting and its productivity
- Responsible for maintaining healthy team dynamics and to keep the team motivated. Scrum master only confers in special cases with TL/Co-TL in regards to maintaining healthy team dynamics. Otherwise s/he is responsible for the topic of team dynamics and acts independently. (e.g., establishing a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope as defined in the Sprint Backlog, etc.)
- Manages social risks at team level and is engaged in conflict management
- Supports the scrum team in increasing their capabilities in their area of delivery
- Responsible for protecting the team from interferences from others
- Address and remove impediments both on a team level and tribe level
- Works closely together with Agile Coach when it comes to coaching activities for newly founded setups
- Supports the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the Product Stream backlog
- Challenges and improves the current status
- Skills and People Development within team and tribe
- Responsible for establishing a self-learning system in the team
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a feedback culture in the team
- Responsible for making transparent the team's needed skills and skill gaps
- Supports the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the Product Stream backlog
Skillset
- Product knowledge of banks
- Practice in Scrum, experience in user story mapping
– Understands and explains vision, goals, and impacts, but not product details.
- Know how in software development of advantage
- Focus in delivery processes, experience in vendor management and IT service management (ITSM) is a plus
- Personal attitude - Lead and influence without formal authority
- Agile Mindset and Servant Leadership/Motivation
- Project language English
