Beschreibung
Aufgaben:
·Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE and PY-AT) in compliance with German and Austrian legal requirements.
·Lead or assist in end-to-end payroll implementations for German and Austrian entities.
·Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve functional issues.
·Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and design scalable solutions.
·Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with related modules (PA, OM, Time Management).
·Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
·Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Must-Have-Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, focused on German and/or Austrian Payroll configuration.
·Strong understanding of statutory regulations for Germany and Austria (tax, social insurance, collective agreements).
·Proven experience in full-cycle implementations: blueprinting, customizing, and go-live support.
·Working knowledge of integration with PA, OM, and Time Management modules.
·Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
·Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
·German and English language mandatory
·Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
