InnerSource and Open Source Consultancy

I gave extensive hands-on training on matters of InnerSource for engineers and managers of an infrastructure company. I also provided training and consulting on matters of Open Source strategy beyond the original project as well as FOSS domain education. As a result a cross-domain org entity was established to handle the open source topics beyond the project. (a proto-OSPO)

InnerSource + FOSS Compliance

A multinational digital services company wanted to reduce the impact of corporate silos and duplication of work. They were also looking to improve their availability of practical FOSS skills and knowledge. I assessed their challenges and introduced an InnerSource program as a method to improve both challenges. I provided action-leading insights to the management and engineers as well as hands-on training and infrastructure for further engagement and evolution of the InnerSource environment.
