IT-Projectmanager, Agile Coach

Over the last years, Denis Dohne has become an experienced project
manager focusing on software development and incorporating the shift from
classical project management into more agile as well as effective methods.
He also developed expertise regarding insurance- and financial sectors
which enabled him to become more proficient in those fields; including; ITprojects,
portfolio, architecture management besides new collaboration
models.
During his career Denis Dohne ensured a high level of quality, time
management, budget control while handling various projects. Furthermore,
his confidence is an asset when it comes to agile roles such as scrum
master or product owner. His certification as SAFe agilist and GPM- level
C project manager enhanced his professional profil.
One of his personal achievements include his responsibility for the all the
IT-related parts of the project team in setting up a new service location
within the insurance sector. In addition to the innovative design of the room
equipment, he also took into consideration the employee contracts, wages,
and benefits in comparison to other competitors.
Besides his profession as a project manager, Denis Dohne has also worked
as a part- time lecturer for the human ressources of the administration
sector in the NSI (Niedersächsisches Studieninstitut für kommunale
Verwaltung).
