As IT Retail Operations Specialist, the key objective of this role is to serve as over-all application custodian responsible for smart AS Service Operation Hub (for Region Europe and Region Germany) .
- Steering of integration between DMS systems across Europe (ex: Autoline, Alpha Plus etc) and SOH – Service Operations Hub, a system for supporting workshop operations at Retailer.
- Work in extremely close alignment with the implementation partner for DMS interface together with various internal and external teams at smart to map the Customer journey processes into the systems
- Analysing and steering business requirements from all involved Stakeholders for the successful rollout of SOH
- Provide consulting / advisory inputs to various involved stakeholders to ensure that relevant After Sales business processes (ex. Warranty, Workshop order, Diagnostics etc) are developed/enhanced in SOH to support the Retailer´s daily operations (incl. end to end Workshop processes)
- Ownership of the over-all product life cycle (implementation, usage, support) – i.e. in close collaboration with After Sales Business team, EU Markets, development teams as well as Service Operations team to ensure that the SOH System is aligned with business requirements, and is absolutely stable from a quality and usage point of view.
- From an integration point of view, collaborate with relevant teams (CEC, Connectivity, Sales etc) to orchestrate a seamless IT ecosystem and ensure that all interface topics, including various DMS systems, are considered regarding the implementation of SOH.
- Supervise various activities for all integration of IT Applications within SOH and ensure adherence to technical architecture and maintain and implement the same.
- Works closely with After Sales Business and IT teams of both smart EU, smart China and MBAG to understand and resolve functional and IT-specific dependencies.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the over-all product landscape as well as methodologies (i.e. explore any synergies, enhancements or initiatives that contribute to a better end customer experience, lower cost and more integrated product landscape)
