Commission. I support 6 distinct projects across 2 units focused on office automation and IT platforms,
tools, and services, specifically driving agile practices within E-mail and related IT projects.
 Developing agile mindsets and fostering self-managing, high-performing teams
 Guiding product ownership and agile product backlog management for optimized delivery
 Leading essential SAFe events to ensure alignment and progress
 Enhancing efficiency through continuous flow improvement and cadence establishment
 Embedding quality practices throughout the development cycle
 Identifying and mitigating technical risks across projects
 Providing regular updates to Project and Program Managers
 Enhancing collaboration with the European Commission’s Business Managers
 Assisting Project Managers with full lifecycle implementation of the SAFe methodology
