Working for leading provider of financial services for family offices, institutions and affluent individuals worldwide.Project is in a phase of decommissioning its Lotus Notes platform and migration of Lotus Notes applications to Microsoft technologies like SharePoint and SQL. Following are the phases of this engagement:

-Migration of 46 shortlisted Lotus Notes applications to SharePoint
-Analysis of 1303 Lotus Notes Application to determine the complexity and migration roadmap
-Migration of 2274 Lotus Notes audit databases to SQL Server and asp.net as presentation layer

Responsibilities Carried out the following activities:

-Requirement gathering with business users and reverse engineering of Lotus Notes applications
-Architect and design of applications on SharePoint
-Custom forms and webpart development using javascript object model, SPServices, jQuery
-Migration of Lotus Notes data using DocAve AvePoint Notes Migrator
-Creation of Nintex and SharePoint Designer workflows
-UAT and Production support
-Reporting to TCS Management
