* Design, planning, and roll-out of an arbitrage product which until today generated over
$60M of revenues. Pragmatic approach of re-using existing products and delivered against
a tight deadline
* Being the product owner of the platform's two backbone engineering teams. Responsible
for the core platform: An input-output application for Smaato's RTB exchange, handling all
incoming and outgoing requests, bids and delivery ads.
* Co-conceptualized, designed, and launched in a two-year project a completely new in-app
advertising platform (https://bit.ly/3f2uWgl) in parallel to the existing one:
SPX - a full-featured publisher ad server built from the ground up for a mobile-first world.
The new delivery logic resulted in revenue increases for customers of 50%-150%. The
entire business was migrated from the legacy to the new platform within six months.
