Mrs Dilara Ekrem is a business consultant at the Munich office and is focussed on project and
process management.

She has experience in the insurance, automotive, financial, telecommunication, aerospace, education
and science industries.
Mrs Ekrem has operational experience in the management and controling of digitization and automation
projects. As part of a global digitization strategy, she carried out process analysis and applied
differend methods and techniques to acchive prozess optimizations.
Mrs Ekrem is able lead projects in all phases from requirements analysis, conception, execution,
integration and testing to documentation.

Due to her conceptualisation and the organizational background, she gained experience in the project
management, project management office, process and requirements management in past projects.
In addition to professional project experience, Mrs Ekrem also acquired extensive knowledge in the
organizational management of multi supplyer development teams.
