Role description:
In his role as a consultant, Bart executes a broad range of tasks on both domestic and
international assignments with customers like Shell (NL/GB/MY/PL), ING, HMC, Fortis
Bank, Delta Lloyd, etc.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Design, configuration and testing of SAP HCM extending to personnel administration,
organizational management, talent management, payroll, training management (LSO),
interfaces and reporting, and authorization and user management.
* Process analysis and process (re-)design.
* Write and adapt blueprints and functional designs.
* Fit-/gap-analyses.
* Development of training programmes and materials.
* Training of consultants and end users.
* Configuration and execution of conversions.
* Analyses of existing SAP HCM landscapes in both administrative as well as project
settings.
* Coordination, instruction and support of application administration.
* Co-develop custom functionality.
* Implement and administer add-ons.
