Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to managing director and managed their daily itinerary.
* Performing recruitment functions including job placement, processing and reviewing
applications for shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
* Conducting staff need assessment and implementing in-house and external staff training
* Administering employee benefit programs and workers' compensation plans.
* Processing, verifying and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as
staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications.
* Scheduling and managing staff absence, relieves (leave, holidays & travels) and maintaining
continuity
* Processing of concessionary document with Customs Division of GRA for clearing of consignment.
* Responding to incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, appointment letters, queries etc.)
* Responding to outgoing and incoming calls
