Review and evaluate Special Systems designs and interface with designers and subcontractors to ensure quality and conformance of the installation to user requirements. Manage and lead the execution and installation of the special systems work and its coordination with the balance of the project. Communicate and interface closely with the client to develop positive relationships and cooperation.  Manage special systems testing process and interface closely with TIA and government representatives and outsourcing consultants. Process, evaluate, monitor, and control changes to the work for the Airport Special Systems.
