I am currently working as a customer service representative for almost 2 years now. I have dealt with many persons each day with different concern and with different moods. I was able to handle their moods and provided information that they need at the same time to satisfy my customers. As part of my job, I was able to learn how to schedule an appointment, responds to emails and others.

​I am a person who is keen to time management. I always make sure to finish my job on time and to work on time. Also, being a customer service representative I was able to have more patience to other people. I always make sure that I will be able to understand their concern correctly so that they won't be irritated for asking again.

I know I only have experience in customer service but I know I could do more, I have more skills that I could enhance along the way and I am willing to learn.

I was a fresh graduate and still my 2nd month in the company. I was able to manage a seminar for all our clients. It was a seminar to help our clients understand how the taxes works and how it's gonna be computed. With the lack of manpower for our company I somehow did all the job. From sending invitation to our clients, organizing the venue and the program to being an usherette. It was my first time doing such responsibility but I am very proud that I was able to hadle it.
