Technical Manager, NMC BSS Engineer, Operation GPRS Engineer, Senior Packet Core Operations

Main Tasks:
- Perform the daily operations and maintenance (Health Check) for different platforms
(SGSN, GGSN, Gn DNS, Gp DNS, Core Switch, OneAAA, NBG... ).
- Ensure the integration of new NE or interfaces ( Gn, Gb, Gp, Gs, Gb , IuPS, Gr, Gy,
Gx, Esy ).
- Provided weekly reports for traffic measurements for SGSN and GGSN platforms.
- Work with planning and IP teams for any new project coming on such as new service
- Performed first and deep troubleshooting in case of any hardware or software issue
in the system.
- Follow the technical issue with vendor.
- Coordinate and answer the needs of technical teams from GPRS part.
- Follow the spare parts related to GPRS Platforms.
- Perform hardware and software expansions for SGSN/GGSN.
- Perform GB expansions.
- Involved in care activities such as troubleshooting and equipment upgrade.
- Configure and update GPRS Roaming parameters in SGSN and GP-FW - Perform the
troubleshooting for any issue with Roaming PLMN IN/ OUT.
- Involved in SG7 and Flexi4 release upgrades.
- Handle customer complaints regarding any packet services related problem.

Main Tasks:
- Working on E// and Nokia Siemens equipment, using OSS, Winfiol, Radio
commander and NetAct.
- Ensure the availability of the network 24/7 by monitoring the different network
elements and supporting the field maintenance.
- Following the maintenance activities and ensuring their good progress. -
Ensuring the link between RF and the field maintenance teams.
- Providing the daily BSS dump file for the performance of radio network.
- Treat the customer complaints.
- Transferring basic knowledge & skills for new NMC Engineers.
