Hello my name is Marlon Perez, i´m 40 years old, married and father of a 15 years old teen, back in the days in my student years I always liked to learn the English language by myself, so since approximately high school I have been learning and putting this language into practice. I always liked to be an active person, open to different challenges, some more complex than others, but in the end solvable, I consider myself a self-motivated person, who always seeks continuous personal and work improvement.
I consider myself someone self-taught and always looking for solutions to any kind of situation, I studied international relations, I have always been attracted to the customer service industry as well as the challenging sales area, In the workplace I have worked in the BPO industry for more than ten years, performing in the aforementioned areas of sales and customer service, in which retention work was also done and even technical support on many occasions for a telecommunications account and a banking as well.
During the time I worked for an airline I had the opportunity to develop my negotiation skills, for example in seasons where there was a high demand for travelers, many flights were oversold and we had to convince many of the passengers to transfer their spaces to others with higher travel priority, always taking into consideration the tools we had and knowing how to use them wisely for the benefit of both passengers and the company as well, I remember even my first work experience for a transnational company called Bellsouth, who were the first cell phone operators in Nicaragua, My duties were specifically customer service, but I always liked technology which gave me the opportunity to also provide technical support on many occasions, even offering to retain customers who wanted to leave the company for any situation and even to be able to sell additional services to those same clients who wished to retire, which on several occasions earned me to be employed for the month, I am not a person who is active in volunteer work, however I am prepared in first aid and CPR, and I try to share these trainings whenever I can.
