Project: VSS to DMS Solution - SAP and route solution (~2 million $ project for ice cream division)
Duration: Feb 2015 to Nov 2015
Role: Project Manager (master data & cutover activities) & Business process consultant

Situation - FBTT was using obsolete application version, ineffective processes and hardware stack
(handhelds and printers), which results in huge maintenance cost for route sales solution. The application
was core to the business and supported $ 300 million annual revenue.
Task - I was responsible for designing the processes of the new route solution along with managing the
design, build, master-data and cut over activities on the project.
Activity:
* Prepared business case documents along with project costing and breakdown into Capex & Opex
* Managed the solution design, build, master data & cutover planning using MS Project
* Worked on architecture, design & SAP integration using Visio, architecture templates & JIRA
Results - Successful online cloud based route mobile solution with thermal printing capability, signature
recording, barcode scanning and process controls enabled FBTT to increase sales by focus on route sales
activities. The solution reduced maintenance by 50% and mitigated the risk around obsolete technology

Situation - Major SAP transformation, moving from JDE to suite of SAP products (APO, ECC, SAP BI and
SAP PI)
Task - I was responsible for delivery of 70+ EDI interfaces along with verifying interfaces design and
accreditation process with external parties
Activity:
* Review and approval of Integration manuals and customer engagement
* Key interfaces included Purchase Order (PO), Acknowledgement (POA), ASN & Invoice and
accreditation of an end to end EDI processing of document with the external middleware service
providers
* Managed all connectivity setup required for these interfaces (SFTP, Web services , AS2 & HTTPs)
Results - Successful execution of 1000's of incoming and outgoing EDI documents on day 1 of go live.

Project: NexGen - GF Baking Solution (~ $ 5 million project - AU & NZ including 2 BU)
Duration: Jan 2013 to June 2013 (6 months)
Role: SAP Lead Logistic Execution Consultant

Situation - Goodman Fielder Baking division move from outdated SAP and mix of other bespoke systems
to a standard template based SAP implementation. The solution was rolling out in AU when I got involved.
Task - I was responsible for implementing the solution to NZ market focusing on Logistics and Direct Store
Delivery related processes as a lead consultant.
Activity:
* Worked on business processes, requirements gathering, design and development of SAP Direct
Store Delivery business processes
* Documentation: Business Blue Prints, Configuration docs, Functional Specs & review test cases
* Configuration of DSD functionalities (visit control, dynamic transportation and route settlement )
* Setting up Process Chains (RSPC) and automating STO, Delivery and Shipment creation processes
* EDI/IDOC processing using via SAP PI to external plant Picking Systems.
Results - The project successfully went live within budget and timeline. This project received 2013 SAP
Award of Excellence for "Best Run ERP" project in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities: Implementation of SAP LE & SAP Event Management

Key achievements/Duties :
* Successfully implemented logistics; shipping and transportation related processes enabling the
organization to have full visibility of its complex shipment processes (sea and road shipments)
* Successfully delivered SAP Event Management helping the organization track and trace its
containers/deliveries from origin to the customer destination with key alerts during the transit

Project: Fonterra VSO project (multi-million $ ERP transformation project)
Duration: Sep 2011 to Dec 2012
Role: SAP Lead Logistic Execution & Event Management Consultant

* Lead and delivered business processes around SAP Event Management and Logistics Execution.
* Designed the system architecture working with solution architects
* Documentation: Blueprint docs, Configuration docs, Design Option papers, Functional Specs &
review and verify test scripts and test cases.
* Configuration of shipment and transportation setup to support complex sea shipment, land
shipment, rail shipments, shipment milestones and shipment costing (Freight cost and customs
clearing cost, etc).
* Configuration of SAP Event Management in ECC and EM systems (Business Objects Types,
Application Object Types, Events Handlers & Event messages)
* Configuration of SAP EM visibility scenarios and delivering Track and Trace functionality
* Integration with 3rd party logistic providers to receive shipment milestones
* Worked on shipment interface design and development (booking request & confirmation)

Project: SAP Coca Cola - Beverage Industry (Haad Thip Thailand)
Duration: Jan 2010 to Apr 2011 (1 year 4 months)
Role: SAP Lead DSD Solution Architect
Responsibilities: Implementation of the Mobile DSD for Coca Cola bottler (South Thailand)

Successfully delivered Thailand's first SAP MDSD implementation enabling Coca Cola Beverages to
manage and directly deliver to 40,000 customers nationwide, which replaced 30+ bespoke systems with
one standard ERP solution.

* Worked as the DSD Solution Architect and managed four SAP professionals during the project
* Creation of Business Blue Print & DSD Design documents for Beverage specific scenarios like
empties management, van selling, mixed role, pre selling and etc
* Designing of DSD business process & customization for Beverages empty bottle management
* Documentation: Business Blue Prints, Configuration docs, Functional Specs & review test cases
* Configuration of DSD specific functionalities around org structures, visit planning, deliveries,
route accounting setup and tour handling.

Responsibilities: SAP ERP project implementations and ERP study

A key player in the successful implementation of SAP MDSD solution working alongside SAP Germany, SAP
Pakistan and Siemens, as a Ramp-Up customer for this unique and complex implementation in the Asian
region. The project was one of its kinds and enabled Engro with the strategic tool and positive market
reference. The Organization was able to save 10% delivery commission by delivering directly to 30,000
customers with 200+ field sales personal.
