·         Business requirements documentation
For Basic Requirement Documentation - Requirement Management i have used Excel, google docs or Word Document but for more complex documentation i have used Share-point Content Management system depending on how much documentation is involved and level of complexity, Confluence is an option as well. 

·         Process flow mapping &   Process flow narrative documentation
I have created flow charts using google slides, Microsoft word and Vision for projects in test accounts in Global Project Management and Global Business Strategy and supply chain classes. This was used to provide insight into a process and gain understanding on how to improve process efficiency, it helped to get a clear picture of the processes and ease in identifying areas of improvement needed, communication and documentation. Process narrative documentation can be done with confluence Microsoft. And  using Tableau for Dashboard reporting. 

·         Capture/scribe meeting minutes
My go to steps to capture a meeting in it's entirety is first i have to do my research/gather information or ask for previous minutes on what the meeting subject  matter is, create my minute template, determine the duration of meetings, learn basic info about the attendees. I mostly volunteered to scribe official meetings amongst school official as the president of International Student Organization. 

·         Create/maintain requirements Trace-ability matrix 
This is just a spreadsheet used to ensure that all requirement and changes in requirement are made and fully tested and You can create a RTM using excel and maintain this document by updating when there is a change in requirement. I used this to display the relations between tow values in PM.
