- Implementation of Tableau Server as a company-wide BI Platform.
- Lead Project Athena – Definition of Business Processes and Implementing a Software landscape to build a scalable infrastructure for IDnow, one of the fastest growing Fintech company’s 2017 in Europe (lead to cash process).
- Management of the annual audit.
- Conception of Business Continuity Management and BCM Reporting.

- Restructuring of the Invoicing Process and evolving of Workflows in the Billing and Accounting processes.
- Lead Project GMU – Lead 3-5 Workstream Teams (Product Development, Operations, Client success, Key-Account Management, Purchasing) to increase the Gross Margin over 41 % in 6 Months.
- Implementation of an Accounting Software and developing more automatically Financial Analysis processes.
- Coordinate the Financial Statement Reporting and be in the lead for auditing.
- Developing a Risk Management Reporting and IKS Standards for auditing.
- Developing the Identification Forecast for Revenue & staffing planning.
- Developing a Cost center/ Cost object structure and implementing the needed accounting processes
- Implementing a Subscription Billing Software in combination with new CRM processes.
- Concern reporting and presentation of Financial KPI’s in all Hands and Board Meetings.
- Developing of a Cash Management Model to build different scenarios and Reporting’s.
- Coordinate the purchasing, billing and monitoring of 25-40 Employees of the subcontractor.
- Regular monthly cost center Reporting for 2 Business Areas, 8-11 cost centers with more than 100 Employees.
- Reporting of Break-even analysis with different dimensions.
- Support the Years closing process for these two Business Areas.
- Developing new KPI’s for the Executive Board Reporting.
- Billing and check of the billable time tracking of the consultants in the Consulting Business Area of the company.
- Monthly cost center reporting with Profit and Loss on cost center dimensions recording to IFRS standards.
- Support the Senior Management in Project calculations and negotiations.
- Valuation of work in progress recording to IRFS and HGB standards.
