- Involved in design and creation of PDD (Project Design Documents.
- Preparation of RICEFW documentation for Unit Testing of MM related processes including:
- Procure to Pay: Sourcing and Contract Processes; Procurement of Stock Materials and involved in overseeing the testing done by Business.
- Heavily involved in Data Migration. Specification and testing of Data Load Programs for load of all Data Masters (ZMH – 32 000 materials), Vendor Master (582 vendors/ 62 manufacturers), Banking Master (850 Bank Accounts Loaded with IBAN).
Classification data loads for both the Material Master, Vendor Master, Service Master.
Priority was to ensure Batch Managed materials correctly identified and indicator selected as the majority of Medical related materials have SLED, and it is essential that these be marked as such.
- Involved at the Realization phase of the project including configuration for Material Type HERS, Materials Number Ranges and ensuring that all the required fields were available with relevant status in the various Master fields to be populated.
- Involved in Final Preparation before Go-Live including provision of Functional Support during training sessions, Cycle Zero Functions, and cutover activities including support of the Data Team while Material, Vendor, Banking, Service Master and Stock take-on loads were performed.
- At Go-live was seconded to Zayed Military Hospital for 1 month to support Out Patients Pharmacy, In Patients Pharmacy and Main Store go-live activities to ensure the WM managed activities like STRs/STOs, Goods Issuing and Receiving processes were performed correctly and to assist with the daily running of these Departments.
