Source the company`s  ISSC program to a global vendor to streamline execution, re-design the organizational org. structure in the EMEA team to overstep “silos” (client service desk, operations, and project execution - keyword: SWAT team approach). Outcome: get team focused on key strength and build a higher resilience against project disruptions, faster execution of the IT transition program (ISSC).

Development of a new cloud consulting approach for my consulting practise, based on a new story-telling approach. Through this new approach, we were able to make a huge differentiation during customer pitches and could build a strong pipeline as well gain in new cloud projects.
