My key achievement here is that I managed to extend the collaboration with the client
from a project with two people to four projects with eight people by focusing on business
value delivery and taking care of the relationship with our main client.

* Supported three teams consisting of 20 people, that developed and tested new
products for our customers, using JAVA, PHP and Angular

* Translated the business requirements into user stories for the development team
* Developed,maintained, prioritized the product backlog
* Refined the agile methodology based on results and client feedback
* Facilitated the relation between development team and stakeholders
* Coached the team to collaborate and guided them into finding the best process for
delivery
* Focused on team overall performance to deliver business value

My key achivement here was switching the way of working in the team, from waterfall to
agile. By doing that, we managed to go live in 8 months with a project that was delayed
for almost 1 year.
