Roles and Responsibilities:
* Reviewed and analyzed Business Requirements and Business Processes and mapped them with SAP.
* Regularly interacted with users to ensure proper understanding of the Business Requirements
and Functional specifications.
* Conducted GAP analysis , document findings, evaluated scope of studies & suggested solutions
through SAP for implementation and customization.
* Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases
* Project management - Blueprinting, business requirement finalization, design documentation,
resourcing, scheduling activities, managing time and costs, stakeholder coordination, delivery
governance & audit, Golive and post go-live support, transitioning to support team following
the
Organization transition gateways.
* As PM to ensure that deployment project has an effective resource plan that meets the resource
capability
* Prepared on project planning , cut-over plan , training plan and conduct workshop
* Capacity Planning (ensure best usage of the pool of resources we have in the hub by
coordinating and helping in prioritising)
* Supporting global and leading the projects related to SAP S4/HANA - ABAP, FI, ,MM,SD
processes.
* Manage and coordinate/close all issues related to project delivery and scope/timeline
* Providing regularly delivery status updates to customers and SAP management.
* Successful in leading onsite/offshore teams to deliver quality services on time.
* Discussing and Reviewing the Preliminary and Final RCA's for all SAP Modules.
