Assists in Maintaining Server and Network Infrastructure Performance
Hardware Replace and Recovered on Site
Responsible for Conducting Preventive Maintenance Twice a year.
Hardware and Software Installation, Configuration and Patches update, Relocates and
Troubleshooting.
Assist Superiors to manage crises.
Determine network and system requirements.
Maintain Network Facilities in Individual Machines, such as Drivers and settings of Personal
Computers As well as printers.
Market visit for Laptop and hardware repairing purposes.
Monitor Network s to make sure security and Availability to specific client.
Identify Clients Needs and Provide Recommended remedy.
Outlook Configuration and Troubleshoot Outlook PST If Find Any Error for Configuration.
Update a Policy on Administrator Security.
