Job Summary:
Responsible for all strategic and operational European recruiting activities
2-300 roles in 22 Locations (DACH/Italy/France/UK/Ireland/Hungary/Czech Republic/Poland/Romania)
Reporting to the Global HR Director & managing a recruitment team of 4-7 persons.
Also covering a variety of generalist HR tasks

Main activities:
* Setting up recruiting strategies & initiatives including direct search approaches
* Stakeholder Management from HM to Senior VP and C level
* Facilitating recruitment processes with Directors and Hiring Managers
* Lean Recruiting - analyze and implement process improvements
* Management of all KPIs and relevant data and reports as well as budget management
* Employee Branding Europe/ Employee Marketing
* Creation of talent management and talent pipelining strategies and activities
* Design assessment centers based on business requirements
* Work in partnership with the Leaders in the business to deliver on individual development
requirements
* Managing the implementation of Workday recruitment including the strategical process planning
and the user education for all Hiring Managers and HR team in Europe
* Design and deliver appropriate people leadership and team development interventions that enable
a culture of empowerment and collaboration
* Support Talent and Succession reviews for critical roles in the business, ensuring that robust
development plans are then put in place and actioned for top talent
* Lead employee engagement survey process for the business and drive initiatives that will enhance
engagement levels.
* Responsible for the successful onboarding of new employees to the business
Main achievements:
* Established the recruitment function in Europe, philosophy and approach
* Successfully hired over 450 employees across Europe within the first 2 years, in line with
company strategic priorities
* Setting up an agile recruitment team with both internal as well as external resources incl.
insuring onboarding etc.
* Created comprehensive training including materials and delivering to Hiring Managers across
Europe
* System implementation (Workday recruiting) for Europe, as part of the global implementation team

Interim Manager - Talent Acquisition Manager DACH
Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, I was responsible for providing world class,
full-cycle-recruiting support to meet the staffing needs of the Germany- Switzerland- Austria
(GSA) for all Ingersoll Rand legal entities in the region, with a focus on timely and
cost-effective delivery. In this function I reported directly to the Talent Acquisition Leader
EMEA.
Main activities:
* Design and execution of recruiting strategies
* Full responsibility for candidate sourcing, phone screening, assessment, interviewing, and
managing the offer as well as hiring processes across the G-S-A area.
* Leading briefing calls with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs; providing
recruitment advice and guidance e.g. interviews / offers; keeping the Hiring Managers informed at
each stage of the recruitment process.
* Partnering with HR Business Partners to understand capability and recruitment needs across their
teams and work closely with HR Operations to ensure onboarding and legal compliance (Work
councils) and with HR stakeholder groups to adapt and to update existing procedure e.g. standard
work
* Online Marketing, placement of job ads in online job portals
* Develop and provide expert advice on best recruiting -tools, sourcing channels and market trends
* Manage the productivity and efficiency of the hiring process and the internal recruitment tools
to ensure effective process compliance (using internal KPI systems, HR Business intelligence tools
etc.)
