Collaboration support with the following main tasks:
• Planning, coordination, and control of the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Apps & OneDrive for Business Next Generation Client rollout process regarding Intune Managed Devices & Citrix Virtual Machines
• Administration of the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Apps & OneDrive for Business NGO Client
• Assist in the advancement of Smart Collaboration topics around Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
• Definition of necessary communication measures and knowledge transfer to the service desk for the Handling 1st and 2nd level tickets as well as end users on daily work (new features, changes to the layout, compatibility with macros, etc.)
• Implementation of BSI requirements
• Further development of security topics around the Office Client & OneDrive for Business NGO Client
• Processing of related 3rd level tickets
