Difficult situation faced, due to the complexity of the project was very hard trying to narrow the scope and identify all the requirements, therefore detailed questionnaire with specific questions related to all IT managers were created and with the answers by them provided, I was able to implement the solution successfully countrywide.

2)  Customer Lidl Germany, product CA ITCM (IT client management)
There were more than 30 servers in all Europe with the CA ITCM (hardware inventory/ software distribution) solution to be installed.
Difficult situation faced, due to the complexity of the project because was very hard to control the follow up of all installed patches and fixes (CA & Microsoft) and to standardize patching procedures ,the installation of a Document Management Solution ( Alfresco) as a patching repository was proposed and later implemented. Client accepted and finally patching procedures were under control.
Due to non-disclosure agreement I cannot add google docs, since they are using this product and is still in production.

3) Customer Iberoseguros Venezuela, product OTRS (Service Desk ITIL based)
Difficult situation faced, due to lack of knowledge of customer in ITIL methodology, the Project Statement of Work was modified to include a Service Catalog design for the client from scratch in order to be used as a model for own implementation.
This saved time in the project and was completed according to estimated timeline.
