Work Experience:
➢ RNO Free-lancer consultant (Jan 2020 to April 2020) for 3G/4G Modernization project based in IRAN.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs for the modernization sites and prepare and make the performance report.
• Following BSS team and prepare and run the final optimization/NBs scrips.
• Parameters tuning, troubleshooting and actions to improve the degraded cells/sites to achieve the KPIs target.
➢ RNO TL for HUAWEI- Zain MS project (May,2017 - Sep,2019) Handling Both Delivery & MS projects.
• Manage all Optimization teams members in HUAWEI’s Zone area (2G/3G/4G).
• Following up with all area’s owner for the daily task.
• Interface the customer for all MS & Delivery projects handling all RF issues to different related departments (Huawei/Customer).
• Following with all team to achieve the KPI’s and SLA targets and keep them maintained.
• Support and follow up with planning and capacity teams.
• Following with customer complaint, SQM Teams and solved all complaints regarding the SLA.
• Manage the DT, Post-processing and Optimization teams to achieve the targets.
• Take care of the customer complaints and make sure they are addressed.
• Create and execute new sites/cells scripts for 3G / LTE sites.
• Accountable for acceptance of the scope by the customer.
• Provide new solutions, trails. Features and implementation in the network to improve the KPIs and customer experience.

➢ 3G/LTE RNO planning Engineer-HUAWEI Telecom (Sep,2015 to Mar,2017)
working for delivery & MS projects (SWAP, New sites, capacity study, Expansion & Trails), and support sales & solution teams for new Phases.
• Prepare the new sites CDDs with all required DATA (frequency, TRX, License, SC, PCI, LAC, RAC, …) and all related.
• Create and execute new, swap, expansion sites/cells scripts.
• Neighbors relations & cells parameters validation & tuning.
• Follow up and troubleshooting SSV tests.
• Tune new sites/cells parameters to meet the planned KPIs.
• RNCs’ Expansion and sites rehoming and features activations.
• Parameters optimization tuning and actions to improve the KPIs and user experience to meet SLA target.

• Process all the collected data for the new integrated sites and come up with optimization recommendations.
• Key projects: PH16 & PH18 3G new sites for 350 sites – Zain SD.
Manage Service contract – SUDANI SD – Network level.

• Post ERICSSON new integrated sites checking and tuning.

▪ MS Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excels) and Computer literate.
▪ High-Level Programming languages (C, OOP with C++, SQL) and Low-Level programming languages (Assembly). and Simulation Platforms like, MATLAB, Electronic Workbench and Packet Tracer.
