Job description: The Quality Assurance Coordinator is in charge of organizing the department
activities and supervising the auditors' teams. Also, she/he is responsible for the
identification of problems that may affect the metrics of the project; hence, responsible
for proposing and implementing action plans to ensure the quality of the service
provided. Other activities usually include reporting (using Excel, Business Objects,
etc), coaching, advocacy and periodic contact with the client, always focusing on
guarantying customer satisfaction at the highest level.
