- As a single product costs about €3+M, increasing customers showed to be very difficult. As this
became more clear, our given focus was shifted from creating SQL's to HR and brand work. We
developed different strategies that attracted new hires, people interested in AI in general but also
adversaries of AI.
- With guerilla marketing campaigns (like placing billboards in front of IBM buildings), we greatly
raised knowledge of Arago and increased their information request by about 14%.
For Messe München:
- I was responsible for the two fairs transport logistics and LASER World of PHOTONICS

- Throughout the year, we were given the mission to create stable interest in the fair, as both are biannual
and interest normally declines throughout the 1.5 years of hibernation.
- With an inbound strategy built on branch news and ticket raffles, we've managed to create a
stable buzzing throughout the hibernation. Within the last 3 months prior to the fair, we've increased
ticket sales by approx. 3%.
- While the fair, we were on premises at the fair, covering interesting panels with live broadcast,
interviews and photo series. With engaging posts throughout the fair, we kept social media buzzing
and interactive.
