OS/DB Migration Expert/Basis Support

As a SAP Basis OS/DB Migration Expert, I was responsible for System Copy, Heterogeneous Migration from Solaris to Linux environment using VM WARE.
This is an Heterogeneous OS/DB Migration Project. The existing MCBC Landscape which was on Oracle Solaris (Oracle 11g) platform, migrated to a VMware Platform with SuSe Linux/oracle. The Target Landscape is at HP Data center.
•As a Basis Lead I was involved in BW/Oracle to SAP HANA Migration, SAP Business Suite Migration and SBOP Installation, Maintenance and support
•Understand the Sizing and Software requirements related to Migration.
•Planned, coordinated with other parties such as Customer activities
•Involved in Migration Pre Checks, Export/Import Preparation of Source system and Target system.
•Tools used - SWPM, R3LOAD/JLOAD and MIGMON
•Involved in Post Migration steps
