PROJECT MANAGER / PRODUCT OWNER

Within the scope of UNICC's Project Management Framework - SCRUM and
PRINCE2:
* Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget,
and timing for new initiatives.
* Define project vision with the client.
* Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate
techniques
* Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
* Manage project communications, including schedule, to liaise with project
board and respective stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle.
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog
* Conduct customer/user interviews to define Business proposals

Responsible for keeping multiple IT projects on track and ensuring they are
completed on time and according to specifications. Analyse customer orders, set
delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
Close collaboration with designers, developers and clients.
Report delivery status to customers and company CEO.
Leading 2 different Squads inside the organization, Requirements squad (it is
composed by 4 people located in Philippines and 3 in Australia) and Delivery
Squad (composed by 3 people in Australia).
Implementation of new processes and a "new Agile way of working" inside the
Squads.

Create, maintain and develop IAM (Identity Access Management) process models,
keep a watchful eye on deviations in the workflow, define and track process metrics
and take full responsibility for ensuring that your goals are consistently enforced.
Manage IT projects as well as other technical or procedural special tasks and
provide optimal business consulting in terms of new IAM processes.
Responsible of the implementation of new processes between ING Germany and
global ING group, focused on merging the different ING entities.
In charge of process digitalization in terms of IAM controls to fulfill the auditor
requirements.
Analyze and improve processes in the access management solutions area and
integrate applications to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
All these tasks are realized under the framework of the first bank 100% Agile.
