Analyzing the project requirements, specifications, and Design Documents which shall help in Go/No Go decision . Work with cross-functional teams and document project timelines, progress, and issues. Participate in CAB meetings to align any new hotfix with the solution. Involve the concerned team to prepare CR and get approvals to schedule. Schedule release meetings and gather the requirements from the team and freeze the stories. Perform deployments on lower and higher environments through Jenkins and keep them healthy and stable. Communicate with the team regarding key project plans, commitments, and essential changes which include project requirements, schedule, scope changes, and QA plans. Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected. Track the progress and find issues, if any. Always work to improve the process of release. Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.
