My responsibilities:
I play the role of Development Team Lead in a distributed Agile team
of 6 engineers. The product is a WordPress-based CMS-platform. It is a
multi-site digital solution that provides a wealth of free, up-to-date, and
easily understandable legal information and tools. It also offers the most
comprehensive lawyer directory on the Internet. That helps connect
people with legal issues to the right professionals who are ready to help.
I am responsible for all aspects of project development and
deployment, planning, coordination, and meetings.
I work on critical components of the project as a key developer, do a
code review and code optimization.
I maintain project documentation, analyze requirements, make
estimations, mentor other developers, and improve development
processes.
Achievements:
Project testing is one of the most painful areas. I have optimized these
processes, which greatly accelerated and reduced the cost of
delivering new features. Successfully worked under pressure and to
tight deadlines, which led to the fact that the client ordered the
development of new projects. Proposed and successfully implemented
new technologies that take the project forward.

The project was created on completely refactored OpenCart CMS and
it was designed by me. On top of that, my team and I gave day-to-day
support and SEO optimization throughout its life.

My responsibilities were:
Define and manage delivery roadmaps. Architect and develop core
site functionality. Prototype new features. Find solutions to complex
puzzles. Define and implement best practices to continually increase
performance and scalability. SEO optimization

Achievements :
Designed the project from scratch. Supported the project throughout
all production stages. The project becomes among the top 5 in the RU-
segment of the Internet in a year. I recruited a team of SEO and
marketing specialists. As result, we become top 2 in the next half a
year.
