Provide technical support by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving a wide variety of problems
identified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM software for premier clients. Identification and reporting of
customer's quality and compliance concerns immediately to Microsoft product quality team.
* Perform customer trouble report handling and management until resolution for problems that
were reported requiring high severity ICM's is achieved with high customer satisfaction.
