  • Finding productions issues using Splunk and investigating these bugs
  • Created a selenium script using python to monitor a SSO login widget (gigya) - this was integrated with pagerduty
  • Created an automated process for security scanning across all linux nodes (hybris/solr/apache). This report was automatically published in confluence with specifying the new released patches for hybris/redhat/solr/apache (and the major security issues that are present on current versions)
  • Created an automated groovy script that identifies all order issues. These orders were automatically fixed and a report was sent over email

One of the most interesting projects I have had the pleasure of working on was a dropcatch system. I found It so interesting because you need to take into consideration a lot of aspects since in a dropcatch battle it's all about small milliseconds differences and working in sync with multiple servers.

  • Implemented backend rest service for an auction system
  • Implemented a fully automated dropcatch system using ansible
  • Worked with AWS cloud platform + other hosting providers
  • Configured 8 nameservers using bind (named) linux service
  • Configured a parking domain system using python and java
  • Configured ELK stack (elasticsearch / logstash / Kibana + filebeat) for production logs
  • Secured all vps servers using Iptables
