I have a total of 7.9 years of experience in SAP with the Business processes in the SAP PM ALONG WITH PP/QM Module.
Configuration and customizing maintenance plant as per the best practice of SAP PM
2. Configuration of Breakdown process, corrective Maintenance Process, performance Based preventive maintenance Process, Time Based preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, Calibration Process, Project-Based Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance.
3. Configuration of entire logistic master data viz, PM Material, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work centers, and Maintenance plans.
4. Worked on Work Clearance Management Process

• Support to the user in the creation of notification, maintenance order, Service order, other, various reports related to plant maintenance.
• SAP PM Process like functional locations, equipment & Sub Equipment, Maintenance plans, work order, and Activity rate.
• Experience in Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance orders, creation of Notifications, Breakdown Maintenance orders, and Refurbishment orders for SAP PM
• Creating and updating of Master Data for SAP PM for Technical Objects/Task lists/Maintenance plan, Service Notifications.
• Defined and configured technical objects in SAP PM (plant, functional locations, work centers, equipment, object types).
• Configure the Notification and Order Type Cycle in SAP PM.
• Configure and assign the Maintenance planning plant to the plant.
• Created Technical Objects such as Functional locations, Equipment & BOM.
• Coordinate with team members for integration issues with other modules.
• Configured Master data, Maintenance plans, Equipment, Functional locations, Catalog, Bill of materials, Work centers, task lists.
• Working on PM (Plant Maintenance) module integrated with MM (Materials Management).
• Uploading Master Data through LSMW like Equipment Master, Functional Location, Work Center, Material Master, Measuring Point, etc.
• Worked on Calibration Process (Quantitative and Qualitative) Like Test/Measurement Equipment Master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Usage Decision, And Calibration Record Result.
• Have basic knowledge of SAP-MM module & PP MODULE and Basic ABAP Knowledge.
