Seit über einem Jahrzehnt habe ich mich intensiv auf zwei Hauptbereiche spezialisiert: agile Produktentwicklung und agiles Coaching. Mein Fokus liegt dabei immer auf der Schaffung tatsächlichen, messbaren Business-Werts während Agilität als innere Haltung + Framework zur Unterstützung dieser Ziele dient! Ich liebe es mit Menschen zu arbeiten und sie in Change Prozessen zu begleiten. • Setting up Large-scale SAFe Model: Successful implementation of the SAFe framework for organizing and structuring two "Agile Release Trains", each with 120/50 members, in accordance with SAFe principles
• Implementation and Facilitation of PI Planning: Oversaw the implementation and facilitation of the Program Increment (PI) planning process, ensuring synchronized planning and alignment across teams
• Developing Product Roadmaps: Played a significant role in crafting comprehensive and strategic product roadmaps, outlining visions, objectives, timelines, and milestones for each product
• Establishment of KPIs and Metrics: Defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of the SAFe implementation
