Since my study, I was focused on designing processes in SAP. I spend approximately 10.000 hours to study technical details, writing process specifications, customizing solutions and supporting my colleagues all over the world. I went to Mexico, China, Marocco, Romania, Czech Republic, and learned a lot about the customs and traditions of my clients. In order to provide strong IT services, I pay attention to the mindset, habits and personal preferences of my clients. I use these insights to provide the system environment that fits not only the government rules and company compliances but also remains compatible with the mindset of my clients.
