Senior Program Manager and Business Manager with extensive experience in managing project and product portfolios in the Danish and German manufacturing industry. I have led cross-organizational IT-development, IT-production and IT-infrastructure initiatives in large international organizations such as Danfoss, Siemens and Krones. From 2008-2017 I have worked intensively with portfolio management as Product Manager at Danfoss and Siemens. This included product management and product development. Extensive background as hands-on software engineer with focus on embedded development in C and C++ used for software algorithms to support manufacturing processes within Danfoss Drives. Other key working areas are business change management, strategy, stakeholder management, portfolio management, business development, project management and personnel management.

Projekthistorie

  • Project Management after Prince2 Danfoss Drives ( 2006 - 2008 ) 
    • Integration of a frequency controller in a customer vacuum pump manufacture
    • Danfoss has its own Project Management process, but it is nearly a copy of Prince2. An early stage of customer involvement is not really part of Prince2, but or this customer driven project it was essential to integrate the customer upfront.
  • Portfolio Management Streamline of the decentral drive portfolio.
    • After the merge of 2 organizations, both organisations have had products that overlap in functionality and price segments. The main task has been to  discontinue 2 of 5 products and to merge the existing customer with their application to one on the remaining decentral products. Here the main work was to convince the customer and implement the change in their application. The demand was a ’form, fit and function’ transition.

    • ’Voice of the customer’ with special local requirements for a dedicated product. We have adapted this product for the special need of the local environment by followed marketing activities.

Implementation of software is adapted by agile project management with daily
      startups.
