* Definition of Cutover strategy for various clusters on the DPW Project
* Head Cutover Management (overseeing activities of other Cutover Managers)
* Alignment and coordination with all streams to define Cutover Plan
* Execution of Dress Rehearsal according to Cutover Plan

Superintended all aspects of operational health and safety, workplace sampling, risk assessment, incident management,
occupational health, product safety, and dangerous goods management. Undertook comprehensive performance
assessments to determine improvement margins and formulate action-plans to drive efficiency.
Key Projects:
* Israel Chemicals (ICL): Led a team of seven consultantsto design the global harmonisation of different business
units, restructuring strategy to streamline operations, and ensure accurate SAP configuration.
* Voestalpine: Implemented Incident Management and RiskManagement to ensure safety of workforce by
communicating hazards to the maintenance team.
* HOERBIGER: Utilised new SAP EHSM health and safetytools to manage hazardous substances, prevent
incidents, and manage risk on S4Hana. Headed authorisation processes for chemical approvals and workplace
sampling.

Facilitated design and conception of new SAP operational risk management module by carrying out extensive project
research and consumer analysis. Headed a multifaceted team whilst systematising data backlog and composing
development specifications. Provided support and guidance regarding product authentication and ramp-up in addition to
assisting crews with mobile development app. Supervised UX/UI reviews and QA evaluations to certify accuracy.
Key Achievements:
* Enabled reduction in health and safety incidents by introducing new releases for SAP EHSM and encouraging
clients to utilise the solution.
* Achieved design and integration of SAP EHSM RA with SAP EH&S OH, SAP MOC, and SAP EAM.
* Composed RKT training material for SAP service marketplace.
