My mains skills are: the interrelation and management people in an ethical way, committed and motivating. Also, the communication, the strategic and comprehensive business vision with a high level orientation to results, solidly based on analytical, organizational and adaptation capabilities to frequent contexts of change.
Also, I´ve knowledge about computer tools and Microsoft components.
I´ve designed and facilitated people development programs, through workshops and activities that allowed incorporating, assimilating and consolidating skills in content such as: Business skills, Sales techniques and Business Processes, Strategic and Commercial Planning, Negotiation, Leadership and Coaching, Communications and Feedback,  Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Economic and Financial Management, Evaluation of Investment Projects, among many others.
