• Coached Scrum Roles in ani nternationalcross functional project team of upto 40 people that applied agile approaches for the first time; transition coaching from plan-driven to agile approach; the team succeeded in a high-complex topic in AI
• Consulted with transformation process of client’s inhouse digital transformation office to spread new ways of working, and to develop a networked company for better and faster (agile) project realization
