Responsible for Talent Acquisition at ZEISS for different entities in the Consumer Markets.
- 360° recruitment
- working with HR Managers, Board Members, Hiring Managers and various Team Leads
- briefing on open vacancies, placing job ads, applicant management, feedback management, consulting with senior executives and guiding candidates through the recruiting process
- supporting the departments and candidates regarding the recruitment process as well as providing consulting services
- pre-screenings by telephone, Conducting personal face-to-face interviews with or without the responsible department
- salary negotiations and onboarding of new employees
- cooperation with the works council and various boards
