Project: Impact to the bottom line (IBL)
Duration: 05.2017 – today
Role: Integration manager and technical workstream lead in the program of IBL, which aims to transition the actual Productivity Savings reporting to an analytical driven model (Efficiency tracking).
Responsible for requirement engineering, coordination of data availability within different data owners across the organization, managing business complexity and conceptual design of the dashboard in QlikSense and data sourcing from various BI platforms
Providing status reporting, planning and tracking of project milestones, coordination the IT delivery team, providing documentary for passing quality tollgates
Leading various workshops for business and IT architecture alignment
In charge of Test and Change management as well as business support for country roll out activities in presentation and communication to Top 11 markets

Project: Finance Improvement and Transparency (FIT)
Duration: 06.2016 – 03.2017
