Procurement
I can support you throughout the procurement process for your network and telecoms solutions, from gathering requirements, through ITT preparation and publication (based on ECSS standards), tender evaluation, to vendor selection and negotiation.
Deployment
Once you have procured your network or telecoms solution, whether it is to be in-house managed or a managed service, I will support you throughout the deployment, ensuring the solution meets the requirements and is fit-for-purpose.
On-Going Management
I can support you with the management of your engineering, technical support, or operations activities, as well as the management of your managed services (SLA/KPI, invoicing control, maintenance/upgrade scheduling, change control, ...).
Project Management
As a qualified PRINCE2® Project Manager, I will provide you with all the support necessary for the successful management and delivery of your network & telecom projects.
