Overall Project Director - Germany/AustriaManning Global, is urgently looking for an Overall Project Director for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company.

Job description:
The ideal applicant must be open to travel internationally extensively from the commencement date of the project. The candidate will primarily be involved in the early delivery phase of projects (ending with deployment and handover to local teams).
Your mission will consist of:
External representation of the project
Developing of a resilient and strong relationship management towards customer and project partner
Negotiations with customer, authorities and third parties, including necessary correspondence
Creating an efficient project organisation including substructures
Selection and guidance of appropriate internal and external partners
Operational planning and implementation of the overall project
Technical, commercial and organisational coordination of all project partners
Overall project controlling
Change, claim and risk management
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Independent and responsible working style paired with team spirit and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Assertiveness as well as conceptual and analytical thinking
At least 5 to 7 years experience in leading largescale projects in the telecommunications sector
Proficiency as project manager in mobile communication rollout projects inGermany
Knowhow in radio communication, rollout, migration
Knowledge of the specific rollout processes of communication infrastructure
Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
University degree (Master, MBA) or comparable education
PMI, IPMA or comparable certification in project management
