Radio Network, 2G, 3G, LTE, GERAN, UTRAN, PegaPlan, Arcview, monitoring systems (Mycom).
Radio Network Optimization Expert required for 6-12 month contract in Vienna.
Please find bellow the details Concerning the role:
Main tasks:
Development and implementation of optimization steps in the radio network through parameter and antenna orientation changes .
Location-based detailed planning of the radio interface of 2G, 3G and LTE sites.
Verification of possible mobile sites in direct cooperation with external contractors site acquisition and technical assistance in coordination with the authorities.
Optimization of network structures based on quality and location determination of individual measures.
Travel activities in Germany and abroad (per day) required.
Analysis of performance problems of individual sites under use of network counters and measuring results, and optimization by implementing parameter changes.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5 years experience in a similar environment.
Excellent project management skills.
Good knowledge in: GERAN; UTRAN, LTE, PegaPlan, Arcview, monitoring systems (Mycom), MS Office.
English and possibly also German.
