Beschreibung
* Be responsible for mixed signal concept & transistor level design of new circuits in automotive high ? voltage technologies with the latest generation of design tools like Cadence AMS Designer, Cadence Spectre, Titan, VHDL-AMS and Fast MOS Simulators.* Characterize and debug your previously designed circuit blocks in the laboratory environment.
* Closely cooperate with chip architects, physical design engineers (matching, parasitic, crosstalk...), test engineers (design for test, support of the test concept) and product engineers (ramp up support).
* Technically support the application engineering team (customer interface).
* Develop and share knowledge with other analog/digital design experts at Infineon.
* Document designed circuit blocks & lab evaluation results according to our guidelines.
* A university or university of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology with main focus on Electronics
* Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
* At least 2 years of experience in mixed signal design, ideally in automotive applications
* Knowledge in wafer technologies, devices and parasitics as well as ESD and EMI
* Experience with customer communication
* Planning- and self-organizational skills (e.g. estimation of design effort / block)
