Our client is an international financial institution and for it´s premisis in Vienna we are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst in the Banking area.
In order to strengthen a current team, we are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented Business Analyst for the Data Warehouse department.
The main goal is to accompany the innovation process from Requirements gathering, solution concept up to implementation.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Collect and screen requirements of business departments in defined structure.
- Prepare gap analysis and cost estimation as part of the change management process and workflow
- Able to discuss complex business requirements with end users and management to analyze and design solutions and design processes that address the demand
- Support testing and defect management process in all topics related to the respective business area
- Support in consulting of stakeholders in business area and consolidating their demand
- Maintain all related documents and concepts
Your qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business or IT department, preferable in the financial services industry.
- Thereof at least two years of experience in Business Analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of the most important banking-products preferably in the overall bank steering context
- Experience in data modeling
- Hands-on experience with databases
- High level of communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Team player, service orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
- Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
- Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
This very interesting freelance position in Vienna is currently sceduled until the end of 2015, but is expected to being prolonged on a annual basis.
